How do we ship your new plush to you?
All our plush are shipped to you using FedEx International or Reginal Economy in boxes designed to fit your new plush friend. We ship to Europe, North America and the rest of the world in roughly 3-5 business days.
We care for our plush
Before shipping out your new plushy friend, we give them a nice bush to get rid of any loose fur and make them look fantastic. Next we wrap them in a comfy cotton bag to keep them safe and protected during their travels to you. The bag can also be re-used and is perfect to keep your new friend safe on many adventures. | |
We then pack them in a made to measure box so they don't get crushed and misshapen during their travels. We do also offer a more economical shipping box option on some of our plush to help bring the overall cost down. |
Important Shipping Information & Returns
TL;DR (yes its long):
Yes, we ship to you. Add a plush to your cart to find out how much its going to cost. Customs charges are not shown and are your responsibly to pay when it enters your country. You'll have your new cuddly friend in roughly 3-5 business days and should you need to send them back (are you sure you want to??) that's ok, but get in touch with us first.
Where do we ship too? How much? And how long does it take
We aim to ship our plush all over the world using our shipping partner FedEx. There are a few countries where there are some restrictions, which means we can't ship there. But this list is very short and if you can't find your country at checkout or no shipping options are displayed, get in touch with us!
How much is shipping going to cost?
We will show you how much it will cost during the checkout process. Because we want to give you the best possible price, service and packing option, it is really difficult to publish a flat rate for shipping. If you don't see shipping rates or you think we can make it even cheaper and better, do get in touch with us!
How long will it take?
3-5 business days, well that is what FedEx claims for it's International Economy service. That said, actual delivery times may be quicker or slower. Things like weather, customs inspections and unforeseen delays are sadly out of our control, but we do try our best to get your new friend to you as quick as possible.
Why do we use FedEx rather than, say a regular postal service?
In our number of years of shipping things all over the world, we have always suffered problems with regular postal services. We have seen everything; long delays, refused at customs, returned to us because of address issues and we've even had our parcels re-labelled at sorting centres with another parcel's label and address. All this and long shipping times has taught us that regular postal services are not great.
Tax and Customs Duties
Is Tax applied to my order? Yes and No.
If you are in Europe or in the United Kingdom and your cart is below £150, then we have to add the correct amount of tax for your order. This is included in the price and is shown on the cart page. Please do be aware that when you change the shipping country to another one, the amount of tax will change and this will be reflected in the prices.
If you are outside of Europe or you are in the United Kingdom and your cart is over £150 we do not add tax to your order. Whilst we do our best to show you the total cost of your new cuddly friend, there maybe import duties and tax applied when they arrive in your country. We are not responsible for these fees/charges, they are payable by you. We are working on a way to show you the full cost including these fees and charges, but we are not there just yet.
Returns
Are you sure you want to return your cuddly friend? Really sure? It's ok.
Should you need to return your plush to us within the 'Cooling off' 14 day period, please get in touch with us as we can help you with returning your plush via FedEx. During this cooling off period, you don't need to tell us why you are returning your plush, we want to help you (and ourselves) avoid any large charges for shipping and so on.
Should a manufacturing defect come to light within 2 years, it could be covered by the manufacturers warranty. If it should happen, please get in touch with us and include some pictures. This does not include normal wear and tear.
Shipping Option
We like to ship our plush in nice roomy boxes with as little compression as possible, however we understand that this is not always the most cost effective.
When shipping things, weight determines how much you are charged. To make this more complicated there is actual weight and dimensional weight (dimensional weight is the amount of space a package occupies in relation to its actual weight.) and you are charged which ever is higher.
So, to give you the best shipping option we give you a choice in how we pack your plush.
These options have an effect on shipping cost which is displayed during the checkout phase after entering your shipping information
We do pack your new friend in a comfy cotton bag, however the pictures below show plush without this bag to give you a better view.
Roomy
Our roomy shipping option is the perfect way to ship your new plushy friend. The roomy boxes are made to measure as much as possible meaning there is little to no compression. This method keeps things like ears safe, though some flattening may occur but it is really easy to reshape.

Cosy
Our cosy option is perfect when you are on a budget and want to bring down the cost of shipping. This option can bring down the cost of shipping by quite a large amount, but we can't estimate this until you go through the checkout process. This method does come with quite a few downsides which we explain below and some ways to solve them. We do care for all our plush so we won't excessively crush them and we only offer this option on plush that can be shipped cosy without damaging them.

FedEx Box
Our FedEx Box option can be the standard for smaller plush or can be a 'Cosy' option for small to medium plush. FedEx Boxes are extremely strong and have the advantage of being charged by actual weight. This is perfect for small plush that don't weight a lot. When we use a FedEx box as the standard option, we make sure that it won't hurt your new friend, though some may be a little pressed from the side. This won't cause their stuffing to move or cause the fur any damage, they just look a bit silly.
